LeDrew Models Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Rates and Hours

Model/Talent rates are based on an 8-hour consecutive workday unless otherwise negotiated.
Overtime is charged at time and a half after 8 hours and double time after 10 hours.
Travel outside the GTA is billed at half the standard rate per hour.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.
Weather permits must be specified and the time of booking, cancellation fees do not apply if services are immediately rescheduled.
Direct bookings canceled after confirmation will be subject to the full rate.
Unscheduled services will be charged at the full rate.

3. Special Rates

Lingerie and underwear rates apply to bras, underwear, slips, pantyhose, and swimwear.
All lingerie or nude bookings must be communicated and specified prior to booking.

4. Usage Rights

Usage rights are limited to the terms agreed upon and confirmed by the agency and cannot be extended without further negotiation.

5. Booking Enforcement and Release

The agency reserves the right to enforce or release bookings if a secondary job is confirmed.

6. Social Media and Additional Services

Social media usage must be negotiated separately and is not included in standard web and electronic media usage.
Haircuts or color changes must be approved by the agency before the shoot day.

7. Foreign Worker Bookings

Bookings involving Foreign Workers require at least 10 business days' notice to process a madatory Labour Market Opinion.
The agency does not guarantee the successful processing of Labour Market Opinions or visas and is not responsible for any charges resulting from cancellations. A processing fee of $1,200 is required to book a foreign worker and is the sole responsibility of the client.

8. Expenses and Fees

Any expenses incurred by the agency or model (e.g., flights, hotels) must be paid within 30 days or will incur a 20% agency fee.
A 20% service fee and applicable taxes will be added to all talent rates.
Payments are due within 30 days.
Additional fees will be charged for production-related hair styling requests or when personal makeup products are required due to the model’s skin tone or hair texture.
