Micha Jada is a world-class Canadian Olympic sprinter and Commonwealth Games gold medalist. Born in Montreal to three-time Olympian Rosey Edeh and Long Jump World Record Holder Mike Powell, fitness is a part of her DNA. Micha is an world-traveller, avid cooker and author motivating anyone who’s ever doubted themselves to “Sprint Through Setbacks” and embrace an Olympic mindset. Micha is currently based in Toronto training for the 2025 World Athletics Championships.
