LeDrew Models Booking Terms & Conditions: 

Models’ rates are based on an 8 consecutive hour day, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed to. Overtime rates of time and a half apply after 8 hours and double time after 10 hours. Travel rate is billed at half rate per hour outside the GTA. Cancellation policy for confirmed bookings with less than 48hrs notice are subject to a charge of half of the negotiated day rate. Cancellation fees of confirmed bookings within 24hrs will be charged at full rate. Direct booking cancellations are subject to full rate once the job has been confirmed. Required weather permits must be specified at the time of booking. Cancellation fees do not apply if services are immediately rescheduled. Services not rescheduled will be charged at the full rate. Lingerie and underwear rates will be charged for bras, underwear, slips, pantyhose and swimwear. Any lingerie or nude bookings must be specified and communicated prior to the booking. Usage rights are limited to the terms that are agreed to and confirmed by the agency and may not be extended without further negotiations. The agency reserves the right to enforce a booking or a release on options if a secondary job is ready to confirm. Social media is to be negotiated as a separate entity and not included in the standard web and electronic media usage. Hair cutting or colour must be agreed to with the agency directly prior to the shoot day. Direct bookings involving a Foreign Worker require at least 10 business days notice to process a Labour Market opinion. LeDrew Models does not guarantee the successful administration of Labour Market opinions or visas nor is liable for any charges due to the cancellation of a Foreign Worker booking. Direct booking cancellations by the client are subject to full rate once the job has been confirmed. Any expenses incurred by the Agency/Model (i.e. flight, hotel etc.) in relation to the booking must be paid within 30 days or will be subject to a 20% agency fee. A 20% service fee or agency fee will be added to all models’ rates. Payments are due within 30 days. An additional fee will be charged to reimburse the model for any production related hair styling requests or when personal makeup product is asked to be provided specifically due to the model’s skin tone or hair texture.
